Hypnotherapy is a powerful form of holistic healing, often creating rapid results for those who are ready for change. Utilizing relaxation techniques paired with particular language patterns, the conscious mind calms and the subconscious becomes open to ideas which are in alignment with your goals & intentions. *A personalized, take-home recording is generally provided at the first session.
